Coachspeak: “We’ve been so close in years past and we got over that hump this year. It’s been a goal since day one and these girls have been chasing for the past few years. We had some girls who wanted to show out and that’s exactly what they did.” – Good Hope’s Justin Aby

“Congratulations to Good Hope. What an amazing team and they played awesome today. But I’m proud of our ladies, even though things didn’t really go our way at any point in the game, for their character and integrity. They fought possession after possession against a really good team.” – Prattville Christian’s Jason Roberson

They said it: “We played a super selfless game and I love this team for that. We want each other to be great. The goal is come out, play hard and do what it takes to win.” – Bailey Tetro

“We were able to get off to a hot start because we shared the ball. Every single one of our girls can score the ball, without question, but the fact we’re able to move the ball around and make it hard for defenders to guard us allows us to get off to a hot start.” – Heather Tetro

Next Up: Good Hope advances to face either T.R. Miller or No. 5 Anniston in the Class 4A title game at 4 p.m. on Friday at the BJCC’s Legacy Arena.
