Watch for a two-story, 100-seat restaurant, Gulf Shores Ale House, to be built at 645 Gulf Shores Parkway at Windmill Ridge Road in Gulf Shores, according to planning records. The former Re/Max office building on the site will be demolished to make way for the 3,687-square-foot restaurant. The new eatery will be just south of the Original Oyster House restaurant. Re/Max of Gulf Shores has relocated to a new office on West 2nd Street in Gulf Shores.

Joseph McCullough of McCullough Realty worked for the seller. The new owner plans to use part of the property for his business and will lease the remaining space.

• Elite Urgent Care has leased 2,000 square feet of space at 1 S. Royal St., in downtown Mobile, according to David Dexter of CRE Mobile, who represented the tenant.
