Charles Barkley on NBA All-Star fan voting: ‘Look what happened last time they got to vote for President’
Count Charles Barkley among those that believes fans shouldn’t vote for the NBA’s all-star selections.
He just expressed his opinion in way that had the set of “Inside the NBA” rolling.
On Thursday, he made it clear he doesn’t trust the fans with the responsibility for voting on anything.
“We let the fans vote. Look what happened last time they got to vote for President,” he said.
There was a bit of awkwardness – and even silence – before the former Auburn star clarified his comments.
“I don’t mean the old guy, I mean the guy before (Donald Trump) the old guy. Sorry, President (Joe) Biden,” he said.
