Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has completed a $45 million resort-style residential development in Tennessee.

Vital at Springbrook Farms n Alcoa, Tenn. is a joint venture by StoneRiver Company and Bluedog Capital Partners.

Vital at Springbrook Farms covers 311,996 square feet with 300 units. That encompasses 32 studios, 176 one-bedroom units and 92 two-bedroom units with one or two baths.

The property also offers a resort-style pool, fitness center, golf simulator, dog park, car wash station and views of the Smoky Mountains.
