An individual was arrested after shooting an innocent bystander in a Mobile bar Sunday night according to the Mobile Police Department.

While at Hayley’s Bar the alleged shooter, Michael Sullivan, got into an argument with a woman prior to the shooting police say.

Following the argument Sullivan is alleged to have attempted to shoot another person but instead shot a man in the back of the bar.

The victim lived and was taken to a local hospital. Sullivan was arrested after Mobile police officers arrived at the bar. He was taken to Mobile County Metro Jail.
