Freshman quarterback Parker Turley threw two touchdown passes in his first start as Buckhorn beat Mae Jemison 23-14 on Thursday night.

The visiting Bucks clinched a playoff berth in Class 6A, Region 8. Buckhorn (4-4, 3-3) led 16-7 at halftime at Milton Frank Stadium in Huntsville.
