In an update to the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber on Tuesday, U.S. Sen. Katie Britt put a positive spin on the recent backlash to her State of the Union response.

“I have been honored and humbled to represent each of you to be fighting on your behalf,” she said. “And unless you’ve been under a rock for the last 10 days, you know that a lot of people think I fight with a little bit too much passion, right?”
