Breakfast chain with Alabama locations is opening new restaurants

Eggs Up Grill has new locations in the works.

The breakfast, lunch, and brunch concept, recently announced a development agreement that will bring seven brand-new locations to the South. According to Eat This, Not That, six locations will open in Charlotte, N.C., while the seventh will open in Travelers Rest, S.C.

“We sell an all-American breakfast tailored to our guests’ request. This isn’t about a flavor adventure or trying something you’ve never heard of. It’s accessible, high-quality food,” Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson told Nations Restaurant News in June. “But our real differentiator is our people, our franchise partners. There’s a sincerity there that I found unique even after being in the industry my whole career.”

Eggs Up Grill currently operates over 30 restaurants across Alabama, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, and Mississippi. Eat This Not That reports the chain has another 100 locations under development or committed to opening over the next 10 years.

Eggs Up Grill offers favorites, such as corned beef hash with potatoes, onions and special spices; made-to-order omelets; buttery, grilled blueberry muffins, and lunch selections including burgers, melts, and salads.
