Birmingham’s Brasfield & Gorrie Construction recently topped off a four-story, mixed-use Huntsville project.

The construction company, working with Montgomery-based Halstead, announced The Stella, in Huntsville’s Five Points neighborhood, has reached its full height.

Work will now switch to the interior, with the project scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

“Huntsville is growing rapidly, and we’re excited to help meet the demand,” Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Sara Beth Wilcox said. “Our team is passionate about building strong communities, and they’re working hard to craft this beautiful neighborhood addition.”

The Stella will include 352 apartment units, ranging from studios to two bedrooms. There will be a four-story, 444-space parking garage, and 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Apartment amenities will include a rooftop lounge, heated pool, outdoor grills, fitness center, valet trash service, a dog spa and greenspace.
