Boebert refused pregnant woman’s request to stop vaping at ‘Beetlejuice,’ flipped off employees

Security video indicates Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert’s team was blowing smoke when they said the congresswoman wasn’t vaping in the Denver theater that gave her the boot Sunday.

Boebert and a male friend were asked to leave the Buelle Theater during a performance of the “Beetlejuice” musical where witnesses said the right-wing representative was speaking loudly, waving her arms, vaping and being generally disruptive.

On social media platform X, Boebert admitted to “laughing and singing too loud,” but her staff denied she vaped — even after a pregnant theatergoer asked the 36-year-old lawmaker to put away the device, according to the Denver Post.

Denver station 9News obtained in-house video from the theater that seems to confirm Boebert was acting in a completely obnoxious fashion, which included puffing smoke and being dismissive toward a woman seated behind her who took issue with the Republican firebrand’s behavior.

She also appeared to take selfies with the flash on during the performance.

Boebert staffers said a “fog machine” was to blame for the smoke in the audience. Boebert was seen on video flipping off employees as she left.

Boebert joked on Twitter she would like to know how the show ended, though witnesses said she was familiar enough with “Beetlejuice” to sing along with the live performance.
