Capstone Building Corp., a premier general contractor based in Birmingham, recently announced completion of Phase V, a $19 million segment, within its expansive South City Redevelopment project in Memphis, Tennessee.

Phase V is located at 457 Brightside Street and spans 95,364 square feet. It includes one building with 120 senior apartment home units, with access to a fitness center and a hair salon in the building.

“Phase V of the South City Redevelopment project represents a critical step in revitalizing the community, providing affordable, high-quality housing options to the residents of Memphis,” said Brandon Loyd, Capstone’s vice president of project management.
