Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. has completed a luxury apartment and townhome development in Pensacola.
Evolve Townhomes and Thrive Lofts at The 52 World is a $61.3 million project developed by The Dawson Co.
Located at 3811 W. Nine Mile Rd., Evolve was designed by Atlanta-based architectural firm Niles Bolton Associates.
The 52 World is a large-scale mixed-use development which combines residential, commercial and recreational amenities in one location.
Evolve covers 362,700 square feet with 318 units. The units consist of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom options. The mix of luxury apartments and townhomes offers a total of 591 beds, 540 full baths and 210 half baths.
Amenities include walking trails, ponds, a playground, saltwater pools with outdoor barbecue and grilling stations, co-working spaces, two gyms, dog parks and retail spaces.
A gourmet grocery store and fuel and car wash station will open soon, along with the Montessori Kids Universe Early Childhood Educational Center.
The 52 World also has the Living Art Museum, an outdoor sculpture museum which features works from world renowned artists.
Capstone Building Corp. Vice President of Project Management Josh Barnett said the development has been eagerly anticipated by the Pensacola community.
“We look forward to seeing the positive impact this development will have on the area,” he said.
