Birmingham-area brunch restaurant closes
A Nashville-based brunch restaurant has closed its location in Cahaba Heights.
Biscuit Love, known for its topped biscuits and biscuit bowls, has closed its Cahaba Heights location, which opened in late 2022.
The restaurant made the announcement on social media Monday.
“After more than two years in Birmingham, we have made the heartfelt decision to close our Cahaba Heights location of Biscuit Love as we continue to focus on our locations in Middle Tennessee and Cincinnati,” the announcement reads. “The business has been sold to a well known restaurant group, who share our same passion for food and connection. It’s been an honor to serve the Cahaba Heights community!”
The management announced that gift cards will be honored at any location.
Husband and wife team Karl and Sarah Worley founded Biscuit Love as a food truck in 2012. Three years later, they expanded the brand with a brick-and-mortar location in 2015. The menu featured more than just biscuits, with salads and bowls.
