‘Best week ever’ and 18 other ways to describe fall in Alabama
It’s fall in the South, but we’re not so sure Alabama got the memo. Turns out, we’re not the only ones.
This is Alabama recently asked the followers on its Facebook page to describe fall in our state using a Southern phrase, and most of the responses focused on how fall doesn’t really feel like fall at all — at least, not yet. With cooler days expected soon we’ve got our fingers crossed some of these won’t apply for too much longer.
Until then, you might want to keep your flip-flops handy.
