Jeremiah Bishop will be among the thousands of spectators and baseball fans converging on Rickwood Field this week during June 20′s rare, regular-season Major League Baseball game at the historic ballpark.

Bishop admittedly isn’t even an ardent fan of the game. But this one is personal, as memories of his grandfather and a gesture 76 years ago come back to life.
