The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday approved an 81-lot subdivision outside of Spanish Fort, despite concerns about traffic safety raised by both nearby residents and members of the commission.

“Hopefully this will be the last [subdivision] you have to cringe and approve,” Harry Still, an attorney representing some of the nearby residents, said during the meeting.
