The Baldwin County Commission denied rezoning a parcel of land on the Baldwin Beach Express for commercial use on Tuesday, after the owner proposed constructing an RV park and medical office in the front of the building.

“I had checked with the county before I purchased this, and everybody at the original meeting was totally positive toward us getting rezoned,” said Charles Wolff, the property owner. Wolff had proposed rezoning the roughly nine acres of land from residential single-family estate to B-4, major commercial use.
