Auburn-Vanderbilt football kickoff, TV broadcast information announced

When Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers travel to Nashville to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores on Nov. 4, both programs will be looking to break open a series stalemate that currently sits at 21-21-1.

And as announced on Monday afternoon, that opportunity will kick off at 3 p.m. on Nov. 4 from Vanderbilt’s FirstBank Stadium, while the SEC Network is set to televise the matchup.

While Auburn holds a 8-2 record across the past 10 matchups in the series, the Tigers haven’t always found success when visiting Vanderbilt. The Tigers are 7-12 when playing a road game against the Commodores and lost their last visit to Nashville in 2012 17-13.

The last time the two programs met was in another tightly contested ball game, which saw Auburn win 23-16 at Jordan-Hare Stadium on Nov. 5, 2016.

When Auburn heads north to Nashville, it will be coming off a home matchup against the Mississippi State Bulldogs, while Vanderbilt will be coming off a visit to Ole Miss.
