Auburn football lands commitment from 3-star offensive lineman

A major recruiting weekend for Auburn football resulted in a commitment Saturday afternoon.

It came from Parker Pritchett, a three-star offensive lineman out of Carver High School in Columbus, Georgia. He announced his decision in a post on X (formerly Twitter), becoming the seventh Auburn commitment in the 2026 class.

Pritchett is ranked as the 55th-best interior offensive lineman and No. 653 overall player, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. At 6-foot-5, 310 pounds, he’s Auburn’s first offensive line commit in the 2026 class.

The commitment comes during Auburn’s annual Big Cat recruiting weekend, despite this year’s event looking a little different.

Big Cat Weekend was typically held during the last weekend of July, but changes to the NCAA recruiting calendar made all of July a recruiting dead period, causing Auburn to move the event to April.
