Auburn football gets commitment from Jourdin Crawford, 4-star 2025 DL from Birmingham

Auburn football received a commitment Monday from four-star class of 2025 defensive lineman Jourdin Crawford. Crawford plays for Parker High School in Birmingham.

He is Auburn’s fourth commitment in the class of 2025, and the second highest ranked of the bunch behind Jakaleb Faulk — Auburn freshman Keldric Faulk’s younger brother. Though it’s wildly early, Auburn’s 2025 class is now ranked 11th in the country with Crawford’s commitment.

Crawford visited Auburn over July’s Big Cat Weekend recruiting event and also for Auburn’s Week 3 home game against Samford.

Crawford is ranked just outside the top 200 overall in his class by 247Sports composite rankings. His list of suitors had other SEC programs including Alabama and Arkansas.

So far this season, Crawford has 11 sacks in eight games. He has 45 total tackles including four tackles for loss. His Parker team is ranked No. 6 in Alabama Class 6A and just beat No. 5 Mountain Brook last week.

The defensive lineman listed at just over 6 feet and around 300 pounds was an All-State second-team selection for Class 6A last year when he had 74 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and 10 sacks.
