Auburn earns 2nd football commitment of the day

Auburn got its second commitment of the day Tuesday night in Florida 4-star defensive back Kensley Faustin.

Baker wide receiver Bryce Cain committed to the Tigers earlier in the day. Auburn now has seven commitments in the Class of 2024.

Faustin visited Auburn last weekend.

At 5-foot-11, 170 pounds, Faustin is listed as the No. 64 senior recruit in Florida, according to the 247 composite rankings.

His other offers included Arkansas, Coastal Carolina, Colorado, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Miami, Michigan State, N.C. State, Penn State, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

The Naples standout joins Cain, quarterback Walker White, tight end Martavious Collins, running back J’Marion Burnette and defensive backs A’Mon Lane and Jayden Lewis in Auburn’s 2024 class.

Faustin has 10 interceptions and 5 forced fumbles in his career.
