Atlanta Hawks force Game 6 with Boston Celtics, arena double-booked with Janet Jackson concert

Atlanta’s Trae Young shot a 30-footer to send the Hawks’ to a Game 6 and, in the process, double booked State Farm Arena double.

Young’s 30-foot 3-pointer with 2.1 seconds left in regulation to defeat the Celtics, 119-117, in Boston.

It means that State Farm Arena pushed Jackson’s concert, Live Nation said in a statement after the the team’s victory.

It will be moved to Friday. All tickets for Thursday’s show will be honored for Friday night. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase for those who are unable to change their plans.

“Due to the Atlanta Hawks playoff game, the Janet Jackson show originally scheduled for Thursday, April 27 at State Farm Arena has been moved to Friday, April 28,” Live Nation said in a statement. “All tickets for Thursday night’s show will be honored for Friday night. Refunds will be available at point of purchase for those who are unable to attend.”
