A suspect is charged with murder after a shooting that left one person dead Friday in Hazel Green, authorities announced Saturday morning.

Gavin Victor Boesch is being held without bond in the Madison County Detention Facility. He is charged in a shooting in the 100 block of Sublimity Court in Hazel Green.

The victim’s name has not been released.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office says no further details on the case will be released until possibly next week.
