Arkansas State will face Northern Illinois in the Camellia Bowl Dec. 23 in Montgomery, it was announced Sunday.

The 10th anniversary Camellia Bowl kicks off at 11 a.m. at Cramton Bowl. The game will be televised by ESPN.

The Red Wolves and Huskies are both 6-6 this season. It’s the first time in the Camellia Bowl for Northern Illinois, while Arkansas State previously made trips in 2017 and 2019.

Arkansas State and Northern Illinois previously matched up in the 2011 GoDaddy.com Bowl in Mobile, with the Huskies winning 38-20.
