Alabama’s Halloween forecast: Bone-chilling cold brings freezing warnings

It will be a costume-over-clothes kind of Halloween for most in Alabama tonight.

Temperatures are drastically lower than on Monday, and it will be cold enough tonight to necessitate freeze warnings for the northern part of the state.

The National Weather Service is forecasting temperatures to fall as low as the mid-20s in parts of Alabama by Wednesday morning, while the rest of the state will bottom out in the 30s.
