Roads in north Alabama, where areas received as much as a half-dozen inches of snow last week, remained dangerous as of Monday, and some districts have already chosen to cancel classes Tuesday.

Some districts have decided to wait until later Monday to make a call on their schools’ statuses for Tuesday.
Here is a list of school closures, delays and virtual learning for Tuesday, Jan. 23:
Colbert County Schools – Closed Tuesday
Lauderdale County Schools – Closed Tuesday

This list will be updated as more school closures, delays and virtual learning announcements are made.
