Alabama man has reportedly exposed himself to dozens of people, sold videos online
A Bay Minette man is charged with two counts of indecent exposure, according to the Baldwin County jail docket, but Spanish Fort police say there are more victims and want them to come forward.
Spanish Fort police chief John Barber told WPMI that Marcus McKillion, 23, has performed numerous sexual acts in public places on multiple occasions. But, without victims coming forward, all he can be charged with are the two misdemeanor charges of public indecency.
In January, police say McKillion was exposing himself and touching himself in a sexual manner inside a store, according to the report.
Bay Minette police said McKillion was engaging in a similar act inside a Walmart in May. He was arrested for that incident, and released on $1,000 bail.
“He had exposed himself to a victim,” said Bay Minette police Sgt. Robert Gates, according to the report. “It is despicable and disturbing.”
Investigators say McKillion was engaging in the lewd behavior, recording it and then selling the videos online, which Barber said could lead to upgraded charges.
Barber said they believe there are dozens of victims over the past five months and he wants to prosecute McKillion for every incident, but can only do so if victims come forward.
According to Baldwin County jail records, McKillion is no stranger to local law enforcement. Over the past three years, he’s been charged with multiple counts of marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license (five counts), and eight counts of failing to appear in court.
