A day after Alabama’s Chris Braswell declared for the NFL Draft, the outside linebacker has accepted an invitation to the Reese’s Senior Bowl.

The annual all-star game announced the news Friday on social media.

Braswell makes the third Crimson Tide players to accept an invitation, joining defensive lineman Justin Eboigbe and kicker Will Reichard.

“We’re excited to get Chris to Mobile,” Reese’s Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy said on Friday. “He’s one of those guys that just consistently got better every year and he took advantage of every opportunity he had. Credit the Alabama staff for developing him but also credit Chris for putting in all the hard work and stepping up when they increased his role.”

Braswell ranked second on UA’s roster behind Turner in sacks, recording eight to lose offenses 57 yards.
