It’s no secret that Baldwin County is growing up quickly. The area has held its own among the fastest growing areas in the state for years.

And the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley metro, home to Alabama’s beaches in Baldwin County, is outpacing communities across the county. From 2022 to 2023, it was the 10th fastest-growing metro in the nation, according to the latest data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
