Alabama Homecoming Queen 2023: Meet the candidates
The University of Alabama announced the 2023 homecoming court, which includes five women now vying for the crown of this year’s homecoming queen.
The court was named after a preliminary selection process, according to UA. Student voting will take place via myBama on Oct. 10 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The winner will be announced during the annual pep rally, moments before the bonfire, on the UA Quad Friday, Oct. 13, at 6:30 p.m.
Ellery Hill, a senior finance major from Hanover, Michigan, was announced as the 2022 homecoming queen during the annual pep rally and bonfire in 2022.

Sydney Clements
A junior from Greenwood, Ind. majoring in chemistry.
Fatema Dhondia
A senior from Tuscaloosa majoring in mechanical engineering and German.
Mae Farmer
A senior from Nashville, Ind. majoring in accounting and psychology with a minor in criminal justice.
Chloe Holladay
A senior from Hartselle, Ala. majoring in nursing.
Rachel Seale
A senior from Northport, Ala. majoring in news media with a minor in English.
The University of Alabama’s 2023 homecoming week will culminate with the Crimson Tide’s game against Arkansas in Bryant-Denny Stadium that kicks off at 11 a.m., but not before fans enjoy the school’s array of annual traditions including the pep rally, bonfire, parade and more.
