Alabama defensive back Trequon Fegans entered the NCAA transfer portal Wednesday, his father Antwon Fegans confirmed to AL.com. 247 Sports initially reported the move.

Fegans starred at Thompson High School in Alabaster, where he was a four-star recruit in the 2022 class. He did not play at Alabama last season and redshirted.

Fegans is the third Alabama player this week to enter the portal, joining cornerback Jahquez Robinson and tight end Elijah Brown. The NCAA spring transfer portal window for undergraduates is open April 15-30. Alabama will also need to maintain the NCAA’s 85-scholarship limit with its final four freshmen arriving this summer.
