Alabama city lands on the list of top 20 party cities in the U.S.

If you’re looking for a party, head to Atlantic City, New Jersey.

That’s the findings of a new ranking from BonusFinder.com which looks at city offerings for music events, bars and nightclubs, late night food venues, hotels, casinos and strip clubs and average prices of drinks, hotel rooms and taxis. You can see the methodology here.

Atlantic City received a perfect 10 out of 10 on the party meter, with a particular note that there’s no “last call” time for bars.

Atlantic City was followed by closely by Miami Beach, Florida; Hoboken, New Jersey; Key West, Florida; Miami, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; New Orleans, Louisiana; Reno, Nevada; Shreveport, Louisiana; and Sarasota, Florida.

The only Alabama city making the top 25 was Mobile which was ranked 16th. The south Alabama city scored particularly high – 9.45 out of 10 – for the low average price a hotel room but was dinged with a 5 for access to casino gambling.

The same list put Birmingham at number 41.
