Boodram Wilkerson opened The Anvil Pub & Grill in 2020 at The Village at Lee Branch. Helmed by Boodram Wilkerson and chef de cuisine Trenton Tisdale, the restaurant is a modern pub with a British with global twists. Boodram Wilkerson, who is Trinidadian, designed a menu that heavily features his interpretations of Southern, Indian, and Caribbean cuisine.

The Anvil Pub & Grill is open Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
