Alabama and June Jam are back: How to find tickets

The band Alabama will once again host a June Jam concert. The 2024 event will be June 1 at the DeKalb County VFW Fairgrounds.

Alabama is the best-selling group in country music history, according to an article by Matt Wake on AL.com. The group’s more than 40 country number-one hits include signature songs like “Mountain Music,” “The Closer You Get,” “Feels So Right” and “Song of the South.”

Other than headliner Alabama, the lineup has not been announced. The Visit Fort Payne website says “more information coming soon.”

Alabama is currently led by frontman Randy Owen and bassist Teddy Gentry. June Jam began in 1982 and took a long hiatus from 1997-2023.

According to Wake, “the previous 17 June Jams have raised more than 20 million dollars for charities.”
