Two teams reclaimed the No. 1 position in this week’s AL.com high school volleyball rankings.

Mountain Brook moved back to No. 1 in Class 6A after previous No. 1 Bayside Academy suffered losses to Spanish Fort and Montgomery Academy while Class 5A Arab took over the top spot when Jasper lost three matches since the previous rankings.

The remainder of No. 1 teams stayed the same with Class 7A Bob Jones, Class 4A Montgomery Catholic, Class 3A Plainview, Class 2A Donoho, Class 1A Addison and AISA Edgewood.

Bob Jones (23-0) and Edgewood (20-0) are the only undefeated No. 1 teams and Bob Jones is the only state team nationally ranked. SBLive ranks the Patriots No. 13 while USA Today HSS/AVCA has the Patriots No. 23.
