A top five battle between Class 6A Clay-Chalkville and Class 7A Thompson highlights this week’s AL.com Power 25 schedule.

The Cougars, ranked No. 4 in this week’s Power 25 statewide rankings, travel to face the Warriors, who are tied for No. 1 at the top with Saraland again this week.

The game is scheduled for Thursday at 7 p.m. and will be televised nationally by ESPN2. Both teams are undefeated. Clay-Chalkville (5-0) is ranked No. 2 in the latest Alabama Sports Writers Association Class 6A poll. Thompson (4-0) is ranked No. 1 in the 7A poll.

Other matchups between ranked Power 25 teams this week include No. 23 Pleasant Grove at No. 6 Parker, No. 19 Dothan at No. 14 Baker and No. 12 Ramsay at No. 8 Auburn.
