Local investors paid $760,000 for an income-producing auto repair shop at 10160 Airport Blvd., in Mobile, according to Colby Herrington of Herrington Realty and Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who handled the transaction.

Decades, a new restaurant and entertainment venue has leased 8,000 square feet of space at 110 Ala. 59 in Summerdale, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties, who handled the transaction. Decades is scheduled to open early next year and feature an arcade, coffee shop, cafe, a restaurant serving pizza, salads and sandwiches.

APEX Roofing & Restoration has leased 3,600 square feet of office space at the Bay House at 28851 N. Main St., in Daphne, according to Steadman Bethea and Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. David Milstead of Bellator Commercial Real Estate worked for the tenant.

First Choice Wellness Center has leased 1,250 square feet of medical office space at 5920 Grelot Road in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Shaun Roberts of NAI worked for the tenant.

Watch for Cotton Bayou Cottages, four single-family residences, with a single access pier on Cotton Bayou, to be developed at 26400 Cotton Bayou Drive in Orange Beach, according to the Planning Commission.

The city of Gulf Shores plans to approve a contract for the design and master planning of the Coastal Gateway Community Park on 127 acres of city-owned property on Coastal Gateway Boulevard or Baldwin County 8 near Crimson Ridge subdivision. Dix.Hite + Partners will also provide architectural, engineering and program management services for the park and the north/south connector road not to exceed $1.76 million.
