After a state championship football career at T.R. Miller and a collegiate career at Tuskegee, new James Clemens coach Juan Johnson spent time as an assistant at Hewitt-Trussville and a head coach at Baker.

While his football journey took him across the state, Johnson noticed one thing about every stop he made.
