National Hispanic Heritage Month is coming to a close, ending on Tuesday, Oct. 15. This annual celebration, founded in 1968, pays tribute to Hispanic and Latino culture, traditions and history. It also encourages us to explore and appreciate the American Latino community, via music, cuisine, art, dance, literature and more.
