Easton Helton’s 35-yard field goal with 1:43 left in the game gave Citronelle an emotional 22-21 come-from-behind homecoming win over B.C. Rain in Class 5A, Region 1 action on Friday night.

Helton’s game-winning field goal came after the Wildcats erased a 21-12 deficit with Keyshawn Williams’ 1-yard touchdown run with 8:15 left in the fourth quarter and forced the Red Raiders to punt on their next possession. The win all but assured Citronelle of a playoff berth.
