Watch as Figures, Dobson face off in Alabama 2nd Congressional District debate
Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District candidates Democrat Shomari Figures and Republican Caroleene Dobson face off today in a one-hour debate, streaming live on AL.com.
The debate, sponsored by AARP Alabama, will be broadcast starting at noon in the video player above, and also on AL.com’s Facebook and YouTube channels. Viewers on those platforms can share their comments while they watch live, and AL.com will also provide real-time fact-checking of the candidates in the comments.
The debate will be moderated by AL.com’s Ivana Hrynkiw. Candidates have been shared topics ahead of the debate but not specific questions.
