Flag football consists of two classifications, 6A/7A and 1A-5A, with playoffs beginning on Nov. 4 and culminating on Dec. 4 with the state championships in Birmingham’s Protective Stadium.

Each class consists of eight regions with the top four teams in each region seeded for playoffs.
