ESPN’s “College GameDay” announced Thursday that Michael Phelps, the most decorated swimmer in Olympic history, will be the guest picker Saturday.

Phelps, a Michigan fan, has 23 gold medals and will join the guys in Ann Arbor on Saturday.

“I’m super pumped to be with the crew,” Phelps said in a video posted on social media. Can’t wait to pick some games, have some fun, have some laughs, but, most importantly, cheer on Big Blue.”

The news comes a week after “GameDay” announced former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel would join “GameDay” in College Station last week.

Michigan and Texas are set to kick off at 11 a.m. with the game broadcast on Fox.
