A man wanted for robbery in Colorado is in the Morgan County Jail following his arrest Thursday.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said its SWAT team assisted the U.S. Marshals in an operation Thursday at a residence on Bethel Church Road in Eva.

The marshals were looking for Michael James Napoli, 59, who authorities believe robbed an Ace Hardware in Colorado Springs, in El Paso County, Colo.

The SWAT team arrived and set a secure perimeter.

According to the sheriff’s office, Napoli surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.

He is currently in the Morgan County Jail and will be extradited back to Colorado.
