Parker quarterback Dylan Reese threw for a pair of touchdowns and ran for two more as the Class 6A second-ranked Thundering Herd cruised to a 41-12 victory over Class 5A top-ranked Ramsay in Thursday’s season-opener at Birmingham’s Legion Field.

Parker exchanged three-and-outs with the Rams before taking its first lead on a 22-yard touchdown run by Reese, who called his own number – bolting up the middle on a fourth down outside the red zone.
