He’s no nepo baby: Find tickets to Jakob Dylan on tour with The Wallflowers

The Wallflowers, a rock group founded by Jakob Dylan, is on tour this summer and fall. He managed to build his own musical reputation out of the shadow of his famous dad, Bob Dylan.

The award-winning Wallflowers will perform in September in Montgomery, Ala. The group was formed in 1989 by Dylan and guitarist Tobi Miller.

Other than Dylan, the 2024 tour includes Stanton Adcock on guitars; Aaron Embry, keyboards: Whynot Jansveld on bass, Ben Peeler on guitars; and Mark Stepro on drums.

The Wallflowers lineup has changed over the years, with the exception of frontman Jakob Dylan. The group has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide and is best known for the song “One Headline.”

They group have won two Grammy Awards for “One Headlight” – Best Rock Performance by a Duo and Best Rock Song.

The song was also included on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of 100 Greatest Pop Songs.

The group has released seven studio albums, beginning with 1992’s The Wallflowers and most recently Exit Wounds in 2021.
