Betty Estes said she requested pest control services for her Huntsville apartment after being diagnosed with a skin condition this summer.

“They told me I had to show them the things that were biting me before they’d have an exterminator come out,” Estes said in an interview with AL.com at her apartment at Mayfair Towers.
