Tee Off at The Wharf will serve as the anchor tenant for Portside on Main, a two-level development under construction at The Wharf off Canal Road in Orange Beach. Tee Off will occupy 6,000 square feet and feature five swing suites powered by Top Golf when it opens in early 2025. Other mostly locally owned stores set to lease space on the first floor of Portside on Main include LM Boutique, a women’s fashion store; Kilwins, an ice cream shop; Love, Jude, Little Sunshine by the Sea, a children’s boutique; Salt, Bubble’s Boba Tea Co., Gulf Babe Wine Boutique, Crave Cookies, Brand, Legacy Spirits and Lavish Retail + Co. Upon completion, Portside on Main will consist of more than 33,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space as well as 26,000 square feet of green space including an outdoor stage.
