Work on the Huntsville metro’s major arteries aren’t the only road projects that may affect residents’ commutes to work.

The Alabama Department of Transportation has 15 projects currently under construction or in design in the area totaling more than $415 million, including major arteries. ALDOT reported on the projects in June at the Huntsville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization meeting.
