Birmingham company acquires $34.2 million Oklahoma hospital

Birmingham-based The Sanders Trust has acquired a Tulsa, Okla. rehabilitation hospital.

The company, which develops and acquires medical office buildings and healthcare facilities nationwide, has recently acquired the PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa for $34.2 million.

The hospital, operated by the PAM Health network, has 53 private rooms, inpatient and outpatient gyms, and outdoor spaces designed for walking and mobility exercises.

The hospital’s rehabilitation programs primarily focus on brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma and complex orthopedic conditions. It also offers prosthetic training, wound care, swallowing therapy and spasticity management.

The Sanders Trust CEO Rance Sanders said the acquisition “aligns with our mission to invest in top-tier healthcare facilities that provide essential services to their communities.”
